Privacy policy

This page describes information related to visiting this public website and to the Contact and Demo forms. It does not describe health-data processing inside an institution. It does not attest that Ariane is GDPR- or HIPAA-compliant.

Scope

The publisher of this site is Adjuvant Group Holdings Inc., a company established in Canada, with its registered office at 252 Second Street, Strathroy, Ontario N7G 3H8. AdjuvAI is the trading name of this site; Ariane is the product name presented here.

This policy covers visits to this public website and information you choose to send through the Contact and Demo forms. It does not cover a hospital deployment, an EHR, or a production Ariane environment.

Depending on the visitor and the context, the GDPR, HIPAA where it applies, and Canadian law — including Quebec’s Law 25 where it applies — may apply. Whether those regimes apply does not depend on naming an internal contact. This page does not name a data protection officer, an EU representative, or a named internal privacy contact.

Visiting this website

This site does not use analytics cookies, tracking pixels, CRM tools, scheduling tools, or third-party forms.

The public website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States. When you view a page or submit a form, that host may process technical data — for example an IP address, a date, the requested URL, and browser information — to deliver the site, route the request, and operate and secure the service. AdjuvAI does not run a separate audience-analytics tool on this site. How long those technical data are kept follows the hosting service. The absence of analytics cookies is not the absence of technical visit data.

Contact form

Fields: name, work email address, institution or organization, role, category, subject, and message.

The form sends an email automatically to info@adjuvai.com. Sending is performed by a function hosted by Vercel Inc. to Google Workspace, via Resend. This site does not store those fields in a database.

If you send it, the fields are used only to review your request (information, architecture, demonstration, partnership, press, or a rights request). They are not sold or used for third-party marketing.

Do not include health data, patient-identifying information, integration secrets, or clinical documents.

Demonstration-request form

The Demo form sends an email automatically to info@adjuvai.com, in the same way as the Contact form, through a function hosted by Vercel to Google Workspace, via Resend. This site does not store those fields in a database.

The fields are used only to assess whether a demonstration is relevant for your institution. They are not sold or used for third-party marketing.

Recipients

When you submit a Contact or Demo form, an email is delivered to info@adjuvai.com. It is read by Adjuvant Group Holdings Inc. Delivery transits through Vercel Inc. (the sending function), Resend (email delivery), and Google Workspace, which provides that address.

Recipient: Adjuvant Group Holdings Inc., via info@adjuvai.com
Form processor: No third-party form product
Delivery: Vercel server function, via Resend, to Google Workspace
Mailbox service: Google Workspace (Google LLC)

Retention

Emails sent to info@adjuvai.com are kept for 12 months, then deleted.

Google may process those messages in providing Google Workspace, including outside Canada.

Email duration: 12 months, then deletion

Applicable law and your rights

The rights available to you depend on the law that applies to your situation.

Where that law provides for them, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of information you have actually sent us, by writing to info@adjuvai.com or using the “Privacy or rights request” category on the contact form.

You may also contact the competent authority — in France, the CNIL; in Quebec, the Commission d’accès à l’information, where that regime applies.

Ariane in an institution

An Ariane deployment in an institution is not governed by this page. Roles, where data are held, retention, subprocessors, hosting, and, where applicable, a data-processing agreement or BAA are documented with the institution. This page does not attest that such a deployment, such an agreement, or GDPR or HIPAA compliance exists.

This site presents neither a certification, nor a seal, nor declared GDPR or HIPAA compliance for AdjuvAI or Ariane.

Any update to this page will be dated. The 31 August 2026 update describes automatic sending of the Contact and Demo forms through a function hosted by Vercel, Resend, and info@adjuvai.com (Google Workspace).
